IT IS QUITE UNFORTUNATE THAT THE PRESIDING JUDGES OF THE LAW COURTS CAN NOT GO BY THEIR CONSCIENCE. WHAT ALL THEY KNOW IS THE FRAME WORK OF THE LAW AND THEY CARE THE LEAST FOR THE FINANCIAL LOSSES SUFFERED BY THE RESIDENTS OF THE MANAPAKKAM RIVER VIEW COUNTY. WE THE RESIDENTS HAVE DRAINED OUR LIFETIME SAVINGS ON A PROJECT WHICH WILL BECOME NON EXISTENT WHEN THE ACQUIRING AGENCY WIN THEIR CASE. MAY GOD BE WITH US AND DO SOME MIRACLE TO SAVE OUR LIFETIME AMBITION.

Unbelievable. Can we not appeal in any other forum ?. Is this the final judgement.? We have to console ourselves by watching painfully that our hard earned money is getting Drained.

God is great !!!!!

The suspense continues. As of now the Judgment has not been pronounced. I know not what lies in store. May the Almighty save us from disaster and bless us for retention of our houses at Manapakkam river view county.

bharathi has a consolotation in the form of an appeal before the apex court. But to the best of my knowledge more than 90 % of the cases relating to land acquisition end in favour of the Acquiring Agency. Gone are the days when the Law Courts were setting aside the award of acquisition on technical grounds. More over the acquiring agency namely the State has learnt the art filling up the lacunas in such cases, thanks to the experiences they have gained in the past. May God be with us.
